SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 29 – Chunyung Cheng sued
Via Quadronno LLC and Jane and
John Doe for violations of the
Fair Labor Standards
Act.
On May 26,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Liman said
he would dismissing the Does,
who have yet to be named. As
to the remaining defendants'
stated desire to file motions
to strike plaintiffs' jury
demand and for summary
judgment, Judge Liman said the
motions are due by June 27.
A final
pre-trial conference is set
for February 1, 2023 at 3 pm.
The case is Cheng
et al v. Via Quadronno LLC et
al., 20-cv-8903 (Liman)
