SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 28 –
There is a joint discovery
plan in a class action for
non-payment of overtime
against the City of New York,
or at least its Departments of
Education, Transportation,
Parks and Recreation, Police,
Homeless Services and
Administrative
Services.
On July 28, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stuart D.
Aaron held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
In the
docket is a protective order
about, among other things,
Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Now the discovery
stipulation says that one of
every five plaintiffs is a
Discovery Plaintiff. Discovery
runs through December 31.
The case is
Drayton et al v. The City of
New York, 18-cv-10138 (Carter
/ Aaron)
