SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 14 – Gianluca Paciullo
was charged with distributing
child pornography out of his
apartment in The Bronx. Over
1800 images and 1200 videos.
He was sentenced to five years
in prison. That was in
2017.
On June 7,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Kimba M. Wood held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered
it.
He had appeared
by phone on March 16, 2021.
His lawyer said he had a job
and was finding therapy
helpful. Now Judge Woods set
another proceeding for 90 days
out, on September 14 at 4 pm.
And Inner City
Press covered that, as well.
Now his lawyer said he had
only gotten production from
the government recently and
needed more time. September 30
at 3 pm was chosen.
The case is US v.
Paciullo, 15-cr-834 (Wood)
