SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 15 – Dondre Myers was
charged with misleading his
probation officer that he
still had a job, then being
found in a car amid a major
marijuana deal, prosecutors
assert.
On December 15
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Andrew L. Carter held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Carter said
that amid COVID, and asthma,
he was not included to
incarcerate Myers.
But he told him
if it happens again, he may
well do it. Myers thanked him.
