Construction Accident at 7 Penn Plaza Triggers Lawsuit With Aggressive Heating Deposition

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 13 – A construction site injury in 2014 at 7 Penn Plaza involving a company called "Aggressive Heating Inc." has given rise to state and now Federal litigation.

On April 13, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave held a discovery proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Judge Cave extended discovery from April 30 to June 1, but ordered that if "the Aggressive deposition in the related state court action does not proceed on May 20... any request for a further extension of the fact discovery deadline must be made before June 1."

The case is U.S. Specialty Insurance Company v. Harleysville Worcester Insurance Company, 20-cv-7691 (Cave)
