SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 8 – Angel Sepulveda is
on supervised release for
conspiracy to distribute
narcotics.
On March 8,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge George B. Daniels held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
As it
turned out, things were not
quiet ready. Sepulveda's
lawyer asked for a renewed
proceeding the next week.
Judge
Daniels, citing bureaucracy,
said a request has to be made
a full week in advance.
He set the next
proceeding for March 22.
The case is US v.
Sepulveda, 15-cr-487 (Daniels)
