Now Gets Time Served in SDNY

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 6 – Mark Mullakandov was
part of a multi-defendant
indictment for Diamond
District fraud in 2017.
He turned
cooperator, and was it seems
threatened in the
courtroom.
On October 6 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lorna G. Schofield held
his sentencing. Inner City
Press covered it.
The US
Attorney's Office as is its
wont asked for maximum reward
for cooperating.
Judge Schofield
hearkened back to people in
her gallery acting threatening
to the defendant.
She agreed to a
time served sentence, to be
followed by three years of
supervised release.
