SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 8 – Jalen Dominguez is
charged with conspiracy to
commit wire fraud and
aggravated identity theft. He
has an encounter with police
in New Jersey and was not
forthcoming about it.
On
November 6, 2020 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Laura Taylor Swain held a bail
review proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Dominguez
spoke convincingly, of being
afraid what would happen if he
said what happened in New
Jersey.
Judge Swain
told him it would be found out
anyway, and he must now be
forthcoming.
He agreed, and
his conditions were changed to
only allow travel to New
Jersey for court appearances.
The case is US v.
Dominguez, 19-cr-677 (Swain)
