SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 3 –
Mark Sinclair sued the
Institute for Family Health
for racial discrimination in
employment and sexual
harassment by Dr. Joseph
Lurio.
On June 2, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Lewis J. Liman
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press went and covered
it. The complaint says
Lurio called Sinclair "cute"
and "pretty boy."
Judge Liman
ordered that all fact
discovery must be completed by
August 31; he set a next
conference for October 6.
The case is
Sinclair v. Institute for
Family Health, 21-cv-5138
(Liman)
