Pension Fund over his pension.

U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Guzman explained
how long he had worked, and
his pension dispute. Judge
Liman told him to amend the
complaint, after which the
defendants will have two weeks
to respond.
