SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 15 – Joseph Caggiano and
RCD Restorations, Inc. were
sued under the Fair Labor
Standards Act for not paying
overtime to Fransisco
Huertero. But Caggiano says
Huertero never worked for RCD
Restorations.
On June 14,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Lewis J. Liman held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
RCD
Restoration does not have a
lawyer, and cannot proceeding
pro se.
Judge Liman
agreed to hold any default
judgment in abeyance for two
weeks to give it a chance to
obtain counsel. He referred to
NYLAG and entered Caggiano's
Yonkers address into the
docket.
The case is
Huertero v. RCD Restorations,
Inc. et al., 21-cv-8419
(Liman)
