SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 15 – A beer and
wine distributor has sued an
employee of Southern Wine
& Spirits and Canandaigua
National Bank for misleading
statements and
concealment.
On March 5, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge Parker teed
up issues, about foreclosure
and ownership structure.
On April 15,
Judge Parker held another
proceeding, which Inner City
Press again covered. Now Judge
Parker ordered to parties to
submit a proposed trial plan
by April 30, including their
availability for trial in the
third quarter.
The case is
Kleeberg et al v. Eber et al.,
