SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 5 – Juan Carlos Soto Nunez
sued DKJJ Deli Food of The
Bronx for paying only $7.50 an
hour when he was supposed to
get $9 an hour.
On January 5 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
DKJJ did
not show up, and default
judgment will be entered.
But what about
the nine percent interest?
Judge Cronan asked, and the
NYS CPLR was cited.
The case is Soto
Nunez et al v. DKJJ Deli Food
Corp. et al., 20-cv-1634
(Cronan)
