SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 28 – Restauranteur Bobby
Khorrami faces default
judgement in a lawsuit about
New York City restaurant
Adella, the Harrow, and
others, even while indoor
dining is banned amid the
COVID-19 pandemic.
On December
28 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
After
hearing complaints about
Khorrami, Judge Lehrburger
ruled that he and BK 19 Inc.
must show cause on or before
January 13 why default
judgment should not be entered
against them.
The case is
Finders et al v. BK 19 Inc. et
al., 19-cv-11802 (Carter /
Lehrburger)
