SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 4 – Brian Colbert was
working for FSA Store when, he
complains, CEO Miller
repeatedly stressed to Colbert
that he was expected not to
act 'too black' - while asking
Colbert "whether he had been
admitted to Duke on an
athletic scholarship.'
Then FSA denied
Colbert a bonus.
U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Another
deadline was set for June 23.
The case is
Colbert v. FSA Store, et al.,
19-cv-9828 (Liman).
