For Discriminating Against Returning

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 19 – Terence Lewis has
sued Saks & Company for
discrimination.
On April 19, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a discovery proceeding.

included why Saks is not
providing comparative
information.
Also named in the
suit as Brian Ziegler, Saraha
Griffiths and Kelly
Karakul. Lewis
deployed with the military and
when he returned, faced
"discriminatory animus."
Zeigler
called him a "f*cking as*hole"
in April 2018, he
says.
Now fact
discovery has been extended to
May 17, with a joint letter
due on May 3.
