Pleads Guilty While Out on Bond

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 21 – Juan Pablo Becerra
was charged with a narcotics
conspiracy involving bring
meth into New York.
The Complaint
against him quotes him that
the only tools he needed
consisted of a screwdriver and
wrench to remove the narcotics
shipment from the
vehicle.
On December
21, 2020 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge J. Paul Oetken
held a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Becerra
pleaded guilty. He was been
out on bond, and will remain
so, pending sentencing.
