SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 7 – In the ongoing
foreign exchange antitrust
litigation before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lorna G. Schofield on
October 7, the request was
made by Credit Suisse to use
the plaintiffs' "Unified
Database" in the Allianz
litigation. Inner City Press
covered the arguments.
There were
references to oxen being
gored, and to the multiple
data bases that the plaintiffs
had put together to create
their database. Credit Suisse
said they already had the
data.
Judge
Schofield ruled that Credit
Suisse cannot produce the
database in the Allianz
litigation.
