On July 9 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Sarah Netburn held a
proceeding for/on Josue
Torres, who was sentenced to
24 months in 2016.

drug (taking), and failure to
pay
restitution.
AUSA Alex
Rossmiller said, "The
government does not have a
position on detention for the
next two days before Monday
conference before Judge
Gardephe." Probation
urged, Remand.
Judge
Netburn did not detain Torres,
telling him to "sit tight"
until July 20 hearing before
Judge Gardephe. The case is US
