SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 9 –
On July 9 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Sarah Netburn held a
proceeding on a violation of
bail conditions proceeding for
Trevor McKoy, who had been
ordered arrested by SDNY Judge
Jesse M. Furman, his lawyer
said. Inner City Press covered
it.
In detention,
McKoy says he can't see the
judge, can't see anything.
In April
Judge Furman sent McKoy to
home incarceration. Then, AUSA
says, he couldn't be found,
was arrested in May.
Now detained on
the consent of Federal
Defenders. The case is US v.
McKoy, 20-cr-229 (Furman /
Netburn)
