SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 1 – Vito Nigro is charged
with taking $1.8 million in
illegal payments as a project
manager at "Contractor-1."
He is also or
mostly charged with tax
evasion.
On August 3, 2020
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Analisa Torres held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

While this case
was put over to September 24,
four other judges were
notified that they have cases
that may be related, against
Jose Burgos (Judge Daniels),
Michael Campana (Judge Cote),
Anthony Guzzone (Judge Liman)
and Ronald Olson, describe as
the leader (Judge Castel).

Now on July 1,
2021, Judge Torres sentenced
Nigro. She said he was born in
The Bronx and has been married
30 years, cares for his
mother. He has been diagnosed
with depression and anxiety.
She sentenced him to 51
months.
