SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 27 – Chubb for
Tudorknight LTD sued Shipco
Transport for cargo lost
overboard on November 30,
2020. Many other containers
were also
lost.
On April 27, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Naomi Reice Buchwald held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Buchwald noted that there may
be a Multi-District Ligitation
consolidation of the related
cases, and said she would stay
this one pending that.
If it does not
take place, she said she
expects this case to be
disposed of quickly.
