SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 15 – Bobby Ramos was
charged in connection with the
death of two people in a
building on Lafayette Avenue
in The Bronx on March 14,
2019.
He waived
his Miranda rights and
told police he had bought the
cocaine that killed
"Victim-1."
On July 15,
Bobby Ramos by video pled
guilty before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Valerie E. Caproni.
He had a plea
agreement, for 14 months, for
selling cocaine "on Lafayette
Avenue." Sentencing was set
for October.
The case is US v.
Ramos, 20-cr-182 (Caproni)
