SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 10 – All Metro Health
Care Services Of New York,
Inc. has been sued for not
paying minimum or spread of
hours wages.
On August 10,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L.
Cave, to whom the case has
been referred for settlement,
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Cave
offered a date for a
settlement conference, that
might conflict with the Jewish
holidays.
Both counsel said
they had to check with the
clients if they were observing
the holidays or not. They will
write to Judge Cave soon.
The case is
Cantave et al v. All Metro
Health Care Services of New
York, Inc. et al., 21-cv-3111
