SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 8 – Danny Bang and Cuong
Bang are charged with
narcotics conspiracy involving
10 kilograms of
methamphetamine.
On June 8 Danny
Bang's lawyer appeared before
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman; Inner
City Press covered it.
It emerged
that Danny Bang has scheduled
a change of plea - that is, a
guilty plea - proceeding for
September 25.
Cuong Bang, on
the other hand, has a separate
proceeding before Judge Liman
on July 1.
The joint trial
has been scheduled for July 6,
2020, before Judge Gregory H.
Woods - but COVID intervened.
The case is now
US v. Bang et al., 19-cr-213
(Liman).
