SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 5 – Alex Nunez, sometimes
called Alpacka Simon, was
charged with crack conspiracy
in The Bronx and pleaded not
guilty.
On
November 5 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Chief Judge Colleen
McMahon held a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
McMahon ran through the
questions, about competency
and (non) coercion, and
accepted the guilty plea. She
thanked Nunez for how he
handled the proceeding, and
set sentencing for February 4,
2021.
The case is US v.
Nunez, 19-cr-691 (McMahon)
