SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 22 – Tyrone Carter is
accused of a Violation of
Supervised Release. He also
wanted to be released on bond.
On
February 22 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge J.
Paul Oetken held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
It was agreed to
put the VOSR over pending
resolution of the state case.
And release of
Tyrone Carter was agreed to,
after a discussion of "to
where."
The case is US v.
Carter, 14-cr-831 (Oetken)
