SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 27 – The SEC sued Joshua
Sason for "illegal and
fraudulent microcap stock
transactions" through Magna
and
Hanover.
On September 27 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Loretta A. Preska held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
One of the issues
is whether SEC investigator
John Enright may be deposed.
Judge Preska ruled that in
this unique case, yes - but
only as a fact witness.
Then there
is the matter of the
deposition of incarcerated
Izak Kirk de Maison.
The case is
Securities and Exchange
Commission v. Sason et al.,
19-cv-1459 (Preska)
