SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 17 –
Mauritius-based Syntel had a
Master Servicing Agreement
with TriZetto, to provide
software application
development and other
services, that allowed it to
terminate it if TriZetto was
acquired by a competitor of
Syntel. It was:
Cognizant.
On October
16 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lorna G. Schofield held
a final final pre-trial
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Schofield ruled on the
admissibility of exhibits and
told the parties to come to
her courtroom in 40 Foley
Square on Monday, and from
there across the street to 500
Pearl to pick a jury and start
the trial in Courtroom 24B
(while one of the few other
large courtroom is hosting a
murder for hire jury trial
presided over by Judge P.
Kevin Castel).
Inner City
Press is covering
the latter, and will cover
this one too. (On Oct 16 a
dispute arose about one of the
trials canceled in March, here).
This case is
Syntel Sterling et al. vs.
TriZetto Group et al.,
15-cv-211
(Schofield)
