SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 16 – Dante Martinez is
incarcerated in connection
with armed robbery charges. He
has mental issues, which do
well with medication but not
if it is changed.
On November 16,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Laura Taylor Swain held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Swain
was asked to issue an order to
the Bureau of Prisons about
which medication to give.
She declined,
asking that in the first
instance Assistant US Attoreny
Dominic Gentile make the
inquiry.
The case is US v.
Martinez, 18-cr-445 (Swain)
