SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 18 – Rebeca Diaz sued HNBT
Corporation and Kim Dorant for
discrimination based on
pregnancy and caregiver
status.
On November 18,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The parties
did not consent to refer the
case to a Magistrate Judge.
They want a jury
trial, estimated to last three
to five days.
Discovery runs
through March 10, with another
conference set for March 24,
apparently in person.
The case is Diaz
v. HNTB Corporation et al.,
20-cv-7130 (Vyskocil)
