SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 22 – Joseph Belmar is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm and
ammunition, to wit, a High
Standard Sentinel R-100 .22
caliber revolver and Federal
Cartidge Co. .22 caliber
ammunition.
On June 21, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Kimba M. Wood held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Belmar is a
state facility at Marcy, New
York. Speedy Trial Act time
was excluded until the next
conference on July 20, either
to discuss a pre-trial
disposition or to file
motions.
