SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 17 – EMA Financial, LLC
sued AppTech Corp. for failing
to maintain a share reserve,
and failing to honor EMA's
notices of conversion.
On September 6,
2022, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Lewis J. Liman held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Liman
heard arguments on motions,
and said he would reserve
decision but rule quickly. He
did.
On
September 13, Judge Liman
denied the motion to dismiss,
and while the motion for
summary judgment was granted
in part and denied in part.
The case is EMA
Financial, LLC v. AppTech
Corp., 21-cv-6049 (Liman)
