SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 19 – Tyler Patterson was
arrested as part of a five
defendant narcotics conspiracy
case. On August 19 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge
Aaron asked, When was the
defendant arrested? The answer
was at 11 pm the night before,
in The Bronx.
Judge
Aaron asked if the defendant
was requesting release on
bond, which had just been
granted to one of four Amazon
defrauders, each for $2
million.
No,
Patterson's lawyer said, it is
detention on
consent.
The next date in
the case is on October 13.
It is US v.
Patterson, 19-cr-166 (Caproni
/ Aaron).
