SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 21 – Adrian Delarosa was
sentenced to 18 months in 2017

On August 20, on
supervised release, he was
arrested. After a night in the
Essex County jail, on August
he appeared in a proceeding
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Stewart
D. Aaron. Inner City Press

it.
The US Attorney's
Office asked for remand and
detention pending a proceeding
before the assigned District
Judge, Loretta A. Preska.
Delarosa's Federal Defender
argued for release, but was
denied. Magistrate Judge Aaron
signed a medical attention
order.
The case is US v.
