SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 16 – RCO Restoration
Corporation, a construction
company based in The Bronx,
was sued for underpaying its
workers some $200 a month
each. But it never came to
could.
On December
16 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Vernon S. Broderick held
a show cause hearing. Inner
City Press covered it.
Once again,
neither RCO nor named
defendant Darwin Doe, showed
up.
Judge
Broderick said he will be
referring the matter to the
Magistrate Judge on the issue
of damages.
The case is Baez
v. RCO Restoration Corp. et
al., 20-cv-1066 (Broderick)
