Case Delay Granted Past Magistrates Court Week

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 12 – In yet
another case against the NYC
Department of Education under
the fee-shifting provisions of
IDEA, C.C. represented by the
Cuddy Law Firm is seeking
funding for tutoring servives
by Kid Success,
Inc..
On August
11, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Sarah L.
Cave held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge Cave
asked the plaintiffs' lawyer,
the same one who appeared
before District Judge Liman in
another IDEA fees cases Inner
City Press covered earlier
this week, here,
on attorneys' fees over $500
an hour and photocopying
charges of 20 cents a page,
for time.
She is on
criminal duty next week in the
Magistrates Court (August 12
cases here
and here).
It was granted.
The case is C. C.
