others, FineArtAmerica.com,
for using his stem cells
photo.
On April 28, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge George B. Daniels held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
A dispute is
about the meaning of the
phrases "all media" and
"unlimited use."
The case is
