SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 28 – Andrew Paul
Leonard takes microscopic
photographs. He has sued
Pixels, Inc. which runs, among
others, FineArtAmerica.com,
for using his stem cells
photo.
On April 28, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge George B. Daniels held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
A dispute is
about the meaning of the
phrases "all media" and
"unlimited use."
The case is
APL Microscopic, LLC et al v.
Pixels.com, LLC et al.,
20-cv-4735 (Daniels)
