SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 22 – Ilan Zarger was
charged in 2013 with cocaine
and having a Black Uzi Eagle 9
MM handgun after being
convicted of a felony.
Jump cut to June
22, 2020 when Zarger appeared
by U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla;
Inner City Press covered
it.
This time, the
alleged violation of
supervised release melted
away. The state charges had
been dropped.
Judge Failla
congratulated Zarger, saying
that neither he nor she wanted
to meet like this.
The case is US v.
Zarger, 13-cr-652 (Failla).
