SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 13 – Jessica Polito was
working at M&A firm
Cambridge International
Partners when she had a second
child.
Then, she says,
David L. Abbott and Richard H.
Haywood cut her out of the
business.
On January
13, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Robert
W. Lehrburger held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Lehrburger asked why the
plaintiff wanted discovery to
run through November 15. The
answer? So that in-person
depositions might be done.
Judge Lehrburger
said that was presumptuous,
the vaccine is coming but when
in person depositions will be
possible is not known. He put
discovery ending September 13.
The case is
Polito v. Cambridge
International Partners LLC et
al., 20-cv-8515 (Carter /
Lehrburger)
