SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 4 – Andrew Seibert was up
for sentencing on violations
of supervised
release.
On
November 4 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Loretta A.
Preska held the VOSR
proceeding, and sentencing.
Inner City Press covered it.
Seibert's
lawyer said his crimes are
tied to drug addiction: "the
heavy amounts of opioids that
bind the mu receptors in his
brain begin to loosen their
comfortable grip."
Judge
Preska accepted the plea and
imposed a time served
sentence.
The case is US v.
Seibert, 16-cr-64
(Preska)
