SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 26 – Michael Hollingsworth
pleaded guilty to taking
bribes at his drug-testing
firm to help an applicant to
Amtrak to evade the drug test
by using someone else's hair.
On October 26
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lorna G. Schofield held
his sentencing. Inner City
Press called in to cover
it.
Hollingsworth
said he has lost his business,
and laid off two dozen
workers. It's said he's now at
work on another, fashion
business.
Judge Schofield credited his
industriousness and sentenced
him to probation.
The case is US v.
Hollingsworth, 19-cr-333
(Schofield)
