Nov 24 – The engine maker
Cummins Inc. and cloud
computing company Pacific
Controls had a lawsuit in New
York State court.
Then it got
removed.
On
November 24 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Among the
issues is choice-of-law.
Judge Vyskocil
ordered that Cummins can move
for summary judgment by
December 8; she is asking both
side of choice of law analysis
for each claim.
