not paying
overtime.
On
November 1,
2022, U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman
held a
proceeding.
Inner City
Press covered
it.
The
defendants did
not show up.
Judge Liman
suggested that
default papers
be filed.
Following
some
discussion,
after the
conference a
certificate of
default was
filed.
There
is another
conference on
December 8 at
noon that "may
be converted
to a hearing
on the motion
for default
judgment."
