SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 3 – Jose Ciriaco was
arrested and presented before
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge James L. Cott
on September 1. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
complaint, filed two days
later on PACER, describes a
heroin mill in Washington
Heights.
Ciriaco appears
after his co-defendants,
"exit[ing] Apartment-1 with a
large bulge in his pants."
The bulge was not
cash, or anything else, but
seven bricks of heroin.
Ciriaco was freed on $75,000
bond, no contact with
co-defendants.
The case is US v.
Ciriaco, 20-mj-9320 (Cott).
