SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 30 – Dubai Equine Hospital
is suing George Pappaionannou
for not delivering a CT
scanner for horses in the
Middle East.
On December 30,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Vernon Broderick held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered and live tweeted it,
here:
Pappaionnou's
lawyer has left him. Things
are looking bleak.
Pappaionannou wants an extra
two months on discovery - he
says he is not allowed to
travel outside of Greece due
to COVID.
Judge Broderick:
Two months will be all you'll
get.
By March 1, all
discovery must be completed.
Dubai Equine Hospital is
represented by Catherine
Pastrikos of a Newark, NJ
based firm. She asks about
default judgment against
"Equine Imaging LLC."
In the docket,
Peter Tsu-Man Tu was listed as
their lawyer. But no more,
apparently. Inquest on
damages.
Judge Broderick
wishes the horse imaging
adversaries well.//
This case is
Dubai Equine Hospital v.
Equine Imaging, LLC et al.,
18-cv-6925 (Broderick)
