CSX Transportation over an
accident on the Sheridan and
Cross Bronx
Expressway.
On June 15,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Naomi Reice
Buchwald held a proceeding.

There was
discussion of the size of the
pick-up truck at issue. Judge
Buchwald spoke fondly and
knowledgeably of a Volvo
station wagon she has given
for a dozen years. It felt
like a case that can be
resolved.
