SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 23 – Primed
Pharmaceuticals LLC sued Starr
Indemnity & Liability
Company over an insurance
policy for "person and
advertising
injury."
On August 23 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
At issue was
whether there should be
discovery into extrinsic
evidence concerning
advertising by Primed before
November 15, 2014. There will
be some, with a joint status
report due September 7.
The case is
Primed Pharmaceuticals LLC v.
Starr Indemnity &
Liability Company, 21-cv-1025
(Gardephe / Cave)
