Nov 8 – Javier Torres
Sanchez and others sued KTG
Multiservices Inc. and Andrea
Catalina Gonzalez for failure
to pay overtime. Then the
defendant provided doctored
pay record they created after
the lawsuit was
filed.
On November 8 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Gabriel W.
Gorenstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered

At issue is
whether the defendants will
have to pay sanctions. Judge
Gorenstein inquired into the
specified of what had been
provided, and not provided.
He ruled that
"plaintiffs shall be entitled
to all attorney's fees
attributable to defendants'
failure to timely provide the
documents at issue."
