SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 10 – Telebrands sued a
slew of AliBaba storefronts
for infringing its Egg Sitter
Marks and Works.
On
December 10, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alvin K. Hellerstein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Most of the
defendants have not shown up;
those few who are negotiating
are not complying with the
Court's orders, Telebrands'
lawyer said.
Still,
Judge Hellerstein did not
agree to the proposed order.
He suggested
changes, paragraph by
paragraph.
He said he would
not be in the next day but
would sign it remotely with
the changes.
The case is
TELEBRANDS CORP. v. AM DEVOTEE
STORE, et al., 20-cv-9775
(Hellerstein)
